In the most talked about Super Bowls of all-time, the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Denver Broncos 43-8 in easy fashion and claimed the title as NFL champions in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Seahawks were led by Malcolm Smith who won MVP honors and came up with an interception return for a touchdown off of regular season MVP and Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning.
Manning lost his second Super Bowl and a record-setting 12th playoff game in the defeat. His counterpart Russell Wilson played an efficient game completing 18 of 25 passes with two touchdowns and no interceptions.
